All Bromar homes are built with an 8-foot high garage door, rather than the standard 7-foot option. These doors come equipped with Liftmaster ½ hp belt drive motors with backup battery power and one exterior keypad.
All of our custom homes are built with the option of either stamped concrete decks or patios. These can be built with a natural gas BBQ connection if wanted.

In order to give you full control over how your home is heated, all our homes come equipped with a cell phone controlled programmable thermostat.
We ensure your home is comfortably supplied with hot water, thanks to a state of the art on-demand system (usually with gas, sometimes electric). This means a plentiful supply of hot water for comfortable living.
Your custom Bromar home will usually come with a rough-in for a central vacuum system ready for you to install your system. This includes the rough-in for the handy floor level vacuum pan in the kitchen, which is a great feature to have as part of your system.
