Having worked with different contractors over the years, I cannot recommend Dan Marinier of Bromar Ventures highly enough. Dan uses an open book method of billing where you know your costs up front and the cost of any changes that you make along the way. The Bromar workmanship is impeccable and of the highest quality. Dan produced a schedule and stuck to it like clockwork, which allowed my family and I to plan our life around the work and feel comfortable. The end result has been great and I have received many compliments on my home since the renovation.
